Return Policy

Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery (for shipped orders) or pickup (for local orders) to initiate a return. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Items must meet all of the following to qualify for a return:
- The spool is unopened and unused — the factory seal must be fully intact.
- The item is in its original packaging with all labeling present.
- The filament has not been loaded into a printer or pulled from the spool in any way.
We do not accept returns on opened filament, partial spools, or any item showing signs of use, moisture exposure, or damage that occurred after delivery or pickup.
How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account and go to Order History to start a return request, or message us directly on Facebook Marketplace. Either way, please include photos of the unopened, sealed item(s) and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, you can choose how to send it back:
- Drop off in person — bring the item to our pickup location at a time we coordinate together.
- Ship it back — send the item to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable method.
We will respond within 1–2 business days to confirm eligibility and next steps.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Given the low margin on filament products, we are unable to cover return shipping expenses.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during a return.
Local pickup customers may return items in person at our pickup location instead — no shipping required. Message us to coordinate a drop-off time.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days using the same payment method as your original purchase (PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Bulk discounts are recalculated based on your remaining items — if returning a portion of a bulk order brings your total below the discount threshold, the refund will reflect the adjusted pricing.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used spools
- Items purchased as "used" or discounted
- Items damaged after pickup
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different color or material, please return the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.
